1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Each vendor is responsible for preparing, packaging, and dispatching their products in a timely manner.

  • In case of order delays, buyers will be notified via email or through their account dashboard.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Shipping options (standard, express, or international) are displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time and cost depend on the chosen vendor, product weight, and destination.

  • Average delivery times:

    • Domestic (within the same country): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

3. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once shipped, customers receive an email confirmation with a tracking link (if available).

  • Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier used by the vendor.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@wedosell.com with your order ID.

  • WE DO SELL will coordinate with the vendor and carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may not be available for international shipping due to customs, laws, or product restrictions.

  • The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable in their region.
