Vendors must provide:

  • Legal business name and registration number.

  • Contact details and payment settlement account.

  • Proof of product authenticity and ownership rights.

2. Listing Requirements

  • Use accurate product titles, images, and descriptions.

  • Avoid false claims, counterfeit items, or prohibited goods.

  • Maintain transparent pricing and inventory accuracy.

3. Shipping Standards

  • Process orders within 2 business days unless otherwise specified.

  • Provide valid tracking information and deliver orders promptly.

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring safe and secure packaging.

4. Returns & Customer Service

  • Vendors must follow WE DO SELL’s return and refund policy.

  • Respond to customer messages within 24–48 hours.

  • Maintain a minimum performance rating to stay active on the platform.

5. Fees & Payouts

  • Platform service fees, commissions, or payment charges (if any) will be shared transparently.

  • Payouts are issued automatically to the vendor’s registered account after order completion.

6. Violations

Failure to comply with policies may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Listing removal

  • Withheld payouts or permanent termination
